THE
BOARD OF DIRECTORS |
Directors are
elected by the members at the Annual General Meeting in July and serve for three
years. They must be members and be proposed and seconded by members some 28 days
prior to the A.G.M. so that a brief biography can be circulated and members
unlikely to be present can register their vote by proxy.
