COMMITTEES
|
The Company operates on a committee basis. Each committee must have a Director in charge of production and at least two other directors to assist and as many other members as necessary. The three directors are empowered to take whatever decisions are needed to deliver the event on time, on budget and up to standard, reporting back to the board of directors monthly on progress.
